The waterfront keeps building up
North and South Flagler Drive continue to see a wave of residential towers. These projects bring investment and new residents, but also raise real questions about traffic, density, and public access to the water — exactly the citywide issues the Coalition follows.
Downtown and the corridors
Downtown, CityPlace, and the Dixie Highway corridor (including SoSo) are adding offices, hotels, and mixed-use space, while Northwood and the North End see large redevelopments. Use the map to filter by status and district to see what’s near you.
